AI voice agents are being sold hard at the moment, and the quality varies enormously. These seven questions will separate a real system from a demo with good marketing, and we invite you to ask every one of them to us as well.
One: can I hear it handle a difficult call, not just a perfect one? Two: what happens when it does not know the answer, does it admit it and pass the details to my team, or does it guess? Three: is it honest with callers that it is an AI, and does it tell them calls may be recorded? Four: exactly what information does it capture on every call, and where do I see it? Five: who approves its wording, and how do I change what it says? Six: what are the real numbers after the first week, and will you show me only what the system recorded? Seven: what does it cost after setup, in plain terms, with nothing important hidden in tiers I only discover later?
A provider who answers those plainly is probably safe to work with. A provider who answers them with adjectives is telling you something too. Judge the demo, judge the answers, and judge what the system does at 9pm on a Sunday, because that is when it earns its money.
Our own answers, briefly: try the live demos on this website any time; our agents pass anything unusual to your team instead of guessing; callers are told calls may be recorded; you see every conversation in one place; you approve the wording; our first-week report shows only system-recorded numbers; and our price for your setup is given on the free discovery call, in the open.
